TANTANGAN DIGITAL FATIGUE PADA PEKERJA WANITA DI ERA TEKNOLOGI BERKELANJUTAN MENGGUNAKAN SYSTEMMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong peningkatan produktivitas kerja, namun secara bersamaan memunculkan fenomena digital fatigue terutama di kalangan pekerja wanita yang menghadapi tekanan peran ganda dan ekspektasi konektivitas tanpa batas. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan secara sistematis tantangan, dampak, dan strategi mitigasi digital fatigue yang dialami pekerja wanita dalam konteks era teknologi berkelanjutan, dengan mempertimbangkan relevansinya terhadap Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA 2020, sebanyak 28 artikel ilmiah dari database Scopus, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, dan ACM Digital Library (2015–2024) dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pemicu utama digital fatigue mencakup intensitas penggunaan perangkat digital, tekanan untuk selalu responsif, konflik peran rumah dan pekerjaan, serta kurangnya dukungan ergonomis dan psikososial di lingkungan kerja. Dampaknya meliputi gangguan fokus, kelelahan mental dan fisik, hingga penurunan produktivitas signifikan. Studi ini merekomendasikan pendekatan multidisipliner dalam penanganannya, termasuk kebijakan organisasi yang responsif gender, manajemen kerja digital yang adaptif, serta desain lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menjadi fondasi penting untuk pengembangan kebijakan kerja yang lebih manusiawi serta penelitian lanjutan dalam mengukur dan mengatasi kelelahan digital di tempat kerja modern.
