PENGARUH INDUKSI COACHING TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN, PARTISIPASI DAN PERFORMA KINERJA KESELAMATAN PERTAMBANGAN PEKERJA NON STAFF
Abstract
Coaching induction related to safety is a crucial aspect of creating a safe and productive workplace across various industrial sectors, especially in the coal mining sector. This study analyzes the impact of coaching induction on knowledge, participation, and safety performance in the mining sector. The research employs a quantitative method with a sample of 227 non-staff workers from five departments. The results indicate that coaching induction has a significant influence on participation, knowledge, and mining safety performance. In conclusion, coaching induction is highly effective in enhancing the participation, knowledge, and safety performance of non-staff workers in the coal mining sector.
